This is the second of this same hall tree I have purchased. I only had to get a new one because in selling my previous home, the buyer wanted it left with the house! The back panel is not a full sheet of wood, more like a step up from a finishedlaminated cardboard. The hooks do not hold a lot of weight, so I would NOT reccomend if youre looking to hang kids backpacks (my high schoolers would tear the hooks right off). Overall it does its job and provides an organized space for our familys drop zone. Quality matches the price.

The hall tree is beautiful! It is an absolute steal on sale. It was a little shorter than I thought (my fault for mismeasuring) and some of the instructions were pretty difficult to follow but I put it together by myself in about 3 hours. Needed an assist for lifting the top half onto the bottom half. (In the photo the center panels are missing because we are making a cutout for a thermostat.)

If I'm being nitpicky it would be nice to have the white stickers to cover the screw holes on the outside but will figure something out! All in all great purchase and I'm very happy with it!
